1. Acceptance

By using Spadia you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

2. What the game is

Spadia is a card game for entertainment only. No gambling, betting or cash prizes. Points, levels, items and achievements have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, sold or transferred.

3. Eligibility and age

You must be at least 13; under-18s use the game with a parent or guardian's consent.

4. Acceptable use

No cheating, exploiting bugs, disrupting the service, impersonating others or trying to access other people's data. In online play, no abusive, racist, sectarian, sexual, harassing or promotional content, nothing that breaks UAE law or public morals, and no sharing of personal information.

5. Content and reactions

You are responsible for your nickname and reactions. There is no free-text chat in the game. You can block any player in the game. To report abuse or contact us write to khaled.ismael.dev@gmail.com; we aim to review reports within 3 working days. We may remove content or restrict access to online services we control if these Terms are broken. Some online services are run by the hosting platform under its own rules.

6. Plus and purchases

Plus features may be offered by subscription through the App Store or Google Play. Before you confirm, you are shown the price in your currency, trial length, automatic renewal and how to cancel. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date in the store's subscription settings. Payment and refunds follow the store's policy and your legal rights. We may change prices or features with advance notice and without affecting a period you have already paid for. Test builds may unlock Plus free for testing only.

7. Intellectual property

The game, its design, sounds and logo belong to the operator. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal licence to use it. You may not copy, sell or republish it without written permission.

8. Availability and updates

We may update the game, change features or stop a service, with reasonable notice for material changes and without affecting your legal rights. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. You are responsible for backing up your progress.

9. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law the game is provided "as is". This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law or affect your consumer rights.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data arising from use of the game. This does not cover harm caused by our intentional or grossly negligent conduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under the law.

11. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend your access to online services we control if you break these Terms, and will tell you where possible. You may stop using the game and delete it at any time.

12. Changes to these Terms

For material changes we will show a notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the game afterwards means you accept them, and you may stop before they take effect.

13. Consumer rights

These Terms do not affect any right you have that cannot be waived under UAE consumer protection law or other law.

14. Governing law and courts

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over disputes, without affecting your right to approach the competent consumer protection authority. If the Arabic and English texts differ, the Arabic text prevails.
